Too tight fitting, yet doesn’t provide enough lift to pelvic floor

The garment seems well made, but it didn’t work for me. I ordered Medium (one size up from my measurements), yet the briefs dig in at the front mid-abdomen and around the upper thighs. I’d tolerate that if they gave enough of a lift to relieve my pelvic pain when walking, but they don’t. My pelvic pain may be the result of previous surgeries or injuries that no garment will solve.

Comfortable, but size up

Comfortable and supportive. Good alternative for compression but not needing to wear shorts. Definitely recommend sizing up, I did and they are still tight around the leg holes.

Disappointed

I bought these on the advice of my pelvic physio. I measured my size and ordered a small but they are way too tight. I wore them for an hour and had blood pooling underneath the leg holes and the blood cut off to my legs, which seems dangerous given vascular changes in pregnancy. The unforgiving returns policy is unfortunate seeing how inaccurate the sizing guide is. I struggle to see how a size M would have been different - it seems like the edges of the pants would dig in no matter what size I got. The seams should be better designed.
