Very personal service. I ordered three Star of David pendants, and the one I ordered was not available. I received a prompt email with two substitute options, and both were lovely. Though the choice I made was slightly more expensive, I was told not to worry about it. The pendants are stunningly beautiful. Then, I suggested gift ideas to my husband for myself, and he, too, experienced very personal service. I highly recommend this jewelry company. They obviously take great pride in their work and care very much for their customers. I received as gifts diamond studs on white gold and a white gold cross pendant. Both are exquisitely beautiful.
