I was disappointed to learn that you do not provide return shipping labels. My order was delivered much later than expected, and when I requested a return label, I was told that your company does not offer them. Given the delay in receiving my item, I feel it would have been appropriate to provide a complimentary return label as a courtesy. For a company like Steven Dunn, I believe a free return shipping policy would reflect a much higher level of customer service. Having to pay for the return shipping myself after experiencing such a delay is very disappointing.
