Simplified design and works great! Open cases all generate a lot of condensation water and this unit has a unique evaporator pan design to either use its natural heat from the condenser or to use the drain hoses. Consumers need to also understand that there are TWO condensers powering this larger unit. I was informed that one unit turns off during defrost, then turns back on when its time to cool so don't panic as I did.
