Purr-fect Circle

I like the purrfect circle but my cat isnʻt taking to it

I like the purrfect circle, but I got it specifically as a scratching device for my cat, and she has not used it once for that - and sheʻll only go inside if I throw a toy in there way in the back. Iʻve tried catnip as well, but basically my 9 month old kitten is not really taking to it like I hope she would. Still, itʻs a well made product and maybe some other cats would enjoy it.
