Sheepskin Clog Slipper

Lovely product and great customer service!

I recently ordered a pair of clog slippers to gift to a family member. I was encouraged to purchase after I received a marketing email offering a discount code. Which was very welcome and clearly worked in my case! Shipping to Ireland from NZ obviously takes a bit of time and I knew that. What I was not prepared for was getting a demand for Customs payment from the Irish Postal Service before delivery would be made as when I had ordered, the website specifically said there would be “no surprises” on delivery as all taxes and duties were included in the price. I informed Kiwi Sheepskins of my experience and they very kindly - and swiftly - refunded me the Irish Customs fees I had had to pay in order to receive my parcel. I felt this was excellent customer service and I really appreciated this gesture, thank you!

The Kiwi sheepskin clog slipper is so cute and comfortable. I wear it all the time - inside and around the house.

I have worn this type of slipper for decades. Kiwi Sheepskins version does not disappoint. They are warm, comfortable and soft and cushy on the inside. I love them.
