Sizing mixup

Your slippers are fine in composition, but there was some mixup with the sizing. I thought I was ordering size 11 (UK) and checked with your sizing chart to make sure that was the correct length. Somehow what was delivered was size 12 and some 10mm longerr than what size 11 is described in your sizing chart. The result is an unsatisfactory and hazardous slipper.
