Loreto 3-Tier Metal Fountain

Im sure the fountain looks great, but im going to address your customer service. I actually ordered this fountain twice, by mistake. I tried several times, several, to contact your customer service. To which noone ever got back to me. Im very disappointed in this treatment n will not recommend ur products to anyone. In the meantime, I am sending one back to shipper. I intend to get a full refund.

It’s beautiful. The sound is musical and it’s on our shady deck where solar wouldn’t work and there isn’t an outlet. It’s my second fountain. I have another one out in the garden, also in a shady spot.

The product is probably great, but i havent opened it yet. I was so disgusted with the customer service here, that i could care less about opening it.
