Sick Hat

Happy with my 5 panel navy retro hat! Have gotten a lot of compliments already after only wearing a couple of times.

Quality of Hats are nice, but customer service is lacking.

I ordered 3 hats that were unfortunately too small for my fat head. I emailed them through their website for an exchange, and received no response for a week. I then replied to my order email and another week went by with no response. So I replied again asking for a customer service number or any kind of response for my exchange request. They replied the next day saying they would check their inventory. It has been over a week without a response. I would love to give 5 stars because the hats are really nice. But now I'm stuck with hats that don't fit. I guess make sure you really know your size before purchasing.
