When i did a call i had Dorian on a line, i did appointment. In few days we and my girlfriend arrived in store, and he did great job with explanation about zoomi which we would to get. I never had such a great experience in Canada from first talk till closed deal. We asked him thousands of questions, all available options in finance and everything else. He did his job on 200%. About bike: Zoomi 72v/20AH I got it without any scratches, all works well. Driving everyday 45-50km. Suspension works great, When i drive in cruise mode, sometimes engine start to push or jump, but this goes 1-2 times a week. Seat look does not locks after gentle push as it said in guide book. Speakers i used only on time, and they are sounds really bad. I would to take them of to have extra space for small bag or water bottle. I like this bike, just driving it every day and enjoying it a lot. P.S. If you can help to understand how to lock the seat, ill be happy.

The whole experience was easy, from ordering online to delivery. It just took some time to get an assembly guide but easy enough to figure it out once you have the guide. Bike runs great just love it.
