Liposomal Advanced Creatine

The taste is something to get used to when you first start taking it, it is not bad at all just kind of sweet, I usually squeeze it in my mouth and wash it down with water. I drink it after my workouts and I have noticed a difference in the recovery time so I will continue to drink it.

The taste is not so bad compared to others out there. I love the convenience as it helps with my consistency. I also love the L-glutamine being included.

It’s good but so expensive I think Healthille may have better options that I’ll try out on my next order
