The product itself is fantastic, good build quality. However, the sizing is way off and the pants run a size large. The reason for 3 stars is the costumer service. It can take several days to hear back from someone, and the return process itself is one of the worst I’ve ever used as far as time waiting and information provided. Definitely expected more after spending $300 on jeans.
