Sizes are not true to size, a small is more like an extra small. I’ve tied for 5 days to get in touch with someone to see if I can send this back and exchange it for a larger size and still haven’t heard back from someone. I even gave an extra two days because I originally emailed them and messaged them on the weekend. I love to support small business but little issues like this really make it hard sometimes. Guess I’m stuck with a sweatshirt that my daughter really wants that she can’t wear, and I’m out money for it as well. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and size of the product.
