The first pair that came looked nothing like what I ordered! I emailed the company with my concerns and they quickly sent me a replacement at no cost to me after I sent the first pair back. Excellent service and a great looking boot!

The construction and quality down to every stitch is perfect, materials feel softer and nicer quality than my lucchese that I own that were more expensive and the leather bottoms are stiffer in a good way for me which feels like it’ll last a long time before needing a resole
