Good afternoon, before I give you a product review, I would like to say to the crew at Ethos thank you for the way you handled my problem with the shipping, even though it was not your problem after the product leaves you the postal department down here in Florida drop the ball about three days worth. When I finally received the order it looked like the box had been on a soccer field. Needless to say when I open the box up, there was some damage on the product. The spray heads on the bottles two of them had pieces of plastic laying in the bottom of the shipping bag. I text you guys and without hesitation you told me you were gonna send me three new spray heads. I was not expecting that. You talk about customer service it doesn’t get any better than that. So again, I would just like to thank you guys for the great service now as for the product itself it speaks volumes. It’s the best spray wax that I have ever used on my street glide and my son’s bike. so again thank you.
