NORA BLUE LIGHT READERS

I purchased a pair of Nora readers and accidentally broke the temple on one side. I contacted the company to inquire about purchasing a replacement temple. I spoke with Stephanie at Blue Planet, who was friendly and so accommodating. She requested that I send her a picture of the broken temple via email to see how they can help. I received an immediate follow up email from Stephanie after I submitted the photos stating that they would be replacing the readers. Within 2 weeks I received a brand new pair of Nora readers. The customer service is exemplary and I will definitely be purchasing from Blue Planet again, not only because they have great choices of fashionable readers but because they value their customers. Customer service is awesome! When I received my initial order one of the lenses was loose. I reached out via email and in a few days, no questions asked, was shipped a new pair. And I love them - thanks!
