Great shoes, but the customer experience is absolutely terrible. The level of informality and broken promises is unbelievable. They promise your shoes will be ready by the end of the week, and then you never hear from them again. When you call, they say they will “check with the workshop” and that your order will be shipped by the end of the week and guess what? They don’t follow through. This lack of professionalism feels like a low-tier operation, as if their customer service team has received no proper training at least, that’s exactly how it felt in my case. Customer service doesn’t reply to emails, and I had to call several times just to get an honest update. On top of that, the tone used on the phone is far from warm or welcoming, which only adds to an already frustrating experience. Another recurring issue: the website shows the shoes as in stock, but after you purchase, they email you saying they actually need to manufacture them. And even then, the estimated delivery time they provide is never respected. I genuinely hope they review and improve their customer service it desperately needs it. Amazing product, but the service is chaotic, unreliable, and extremely frustrating. Avoid ordering from their online shop if you need or expect the shoes within a specific timeframe.
