It has helped me a lot

It does a reasonably good job. I find sometimes the paper doesn't click into bowl. Not sure if thats got to do with the thickness of the paper. Good at reaching your persoal bits when your arms have restricted movement. So worth purchasing for cleaniness and privacy.
