A Peeking cow

The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! My initial emails stated “either send my order or issue me a refund” I paid for my magnet in March & after patiently waiting for the magnet I never received it. So I once again ask for a refund. Which didn’t happen until mid May. Before my refund posted I received a package of 3 magnets that I did NOT order. Which means someone else didn’t get their order. This company is out of Spain so don’t expect timely delivery if you live another country.

Good customer service- took about a month and a half to receive but am pleased with the product. She really brightens up our break room at work!
