Handmade Wildlife Lampshade

Whilst we absolutely love the lampshade, we made a mistake with the size. It is unused and still in its cellophane. I have tried to contact Blue Crocus by email and phone to try and exchange for a smaller size but have had no response. I am disappointed by this at the lampshade is good quality and beautiful. It was sent to us promptly. What seems to be letting things down now is the after sales service.
