Great product but poor communication

The final product is really great, and love the concept of the business! But I’ve found it really hard to get in touch over emails. I got fast track shipping and it took 2 weeks to get to mine after I got the notification, and it was sent to the wrong address. One of the designs also printed upside down. I have requested a refund but have not heard anything back in a few weeks.
