Personalized Straight Mug

I've been buying Hadley pottery (mostly mugs) since 1974 but didn't have the dog yet. When I saw that you were personalizing mugs, I immediately ordered one in memory of my beloved dog Django. It makes me smile and remember her fondly every time I have my morning coffee in her cup.

I've ordered these personalized mugs for each of my children and now for my grandchildren! They use them at birthdays and other special occasions. Hadley is a family tradition in our family!

Unfortunately this was not a great experience. I placed a custom order that took over 5 months to complete. I had to call the store and then had to sent 2 fb messages just to get some communication on my order status. What came was very difficult to read and quite small. If the word Grandmother was too long for the mug, I should have been notified to change or cancel. For $74, this was overall a disappointing experience - I cannot give this as a gift to my friend.
