I will not purchase again from this Company. Poor customer service!! Merchandise was received in an unacceptable packaging for a luxury brand. I retuned this merchandise due to sizing issues and as specified by Coogi’s return policy and cannot get my money refunded. The phone number listed is not serviced. You can call all day and may get lucky if someone answers. Merchandise was returned and received by Coogi January 10th and as of today February 5th no refund and no answer to their customer service phone!! I would select 0 stars if I could..!!!
