I tried to order it via US Amazon with free shipping but only received the version for Above & Below for THREE consecutive times. Had the refund, and never got what I wanted. Fed up and ordered directly from The Broken Token Store at higher total price due to shipment. The insert itself is fair. I can squeeze in the Amber Mine expansion as well. However, I have the Complete Upgrade Kit of wooden tokens from MeepleSource, and the designated space for Banners and Animals can't hold them all, which have to spread among various places. Not good. One of the container and together with the Rulebooks make a box lift of ~1/2 to 3/4". I think it might be possible to reduce that if the boxes can be shorter to improve the space efficiency.
