CCC Premium Diamond Serration Wheel

I purchased all the serrated diamond wheels Curry Custom Cutlery has to offer. If your liking for the missing link in completing your shop these wheels are it. I have been using Diamond files, diamond spyderco. triangle sticks. My 1x30, my dremel. The corner of my Tormek T8 stone only to refuse clients to sharpen their serrated blades. These wheels are phenomenal. I bought two inexpensive low speed buck grinders. (1750 rpm) and some self straightening washers. I reversed the grinders to edge following and I can now offer clients professional factory looking serations for so far every knife. I have looked everywhere and asked every sharpener company what is available for sharpening serrated blades and no one had a solution. There’s one company over seas but the shipping is more than there stone wheels. These wheels are truly a blessing and affordable as well.. my one warning is get used to them with some junk knives. They will serrate to the spine quick and keep a good steady hand. These wheels work and work VERY well. I wish I had a slower grinder or buffer to put them in but the bucks are fine I just needed to practice… HIGHLY recommend these wheels.

5/5 Stars – Perfect for intermediate pitch sizes on serrated knives! I bought the CCC Premium Diamond Serration Wheel 1/2 inch as an additional profiling wheel for my serrated knives. Previously, I only had wheels with fixed whole-millimeter spacing for common serration profiles (approx. 8 cm wide). With this new single-rib wheel, I can now easily sharpen all intermediate pitches as well—such as 5.5 mm, 6.5 mm, 7.5 mm, and 8.5 mm pitch spacings. An excellent addition to my workshop setup!

Everything I get from curry Custom is amazing high-quality never an issue. Everything is awesome.
