Great boot, minor flaws

The boot is probably one of the most comfortable I've ever worn (aside from the heel issue listed below.) Out of the box it feels broken in and ready to roll. My only issue with the boot is it feels like there's a ledge by my heel, and I see this wearing out over time being it's half on and half off my heel, and it's minorly uncomfortable.

Great boots couldn’t get it delivered to a P.O. Box so they fixed it and got a new pair sent to a different address boots hold up well and water tight

Not happy

I order a wide boot for a reason, I have wide feet. When I got the boots they were a regular with some small insert to take out to make them into a wide boot. That doesn't work my outside toes have blisters on them from rubbing. I am also a farmer & on my feet on different terrain for 12 to 16 hrs a day. These boots aren't that comfortable my heels hurt at the end of the day. So im not vary satisfied with the boots.
