The only issue is getting people to trust the grading. Many do not accept the grading as well as they do other services. I am happy and hope that folks come around to using your service more.

First time getting cards graded.

What a positive experience. I was a little worried since this was my first time getting cards graded. But they received my shipment right away and got to work. I believe it was actually 7 business days when I actually got everything back. I was expecting it to be a lot longer. I will definitely send more cards in. Keep up the great work.
