G032-R-3 Blown Glass Garden Art Color Spikes

I really love the glass spikes, but there was one missing when it arrived. I sent an email but didn't hear so I called and I was sent a replacement very promptly. A week later I received an email asking for a photo of the missing glass spike. Since the problem had already been rectified I didn't reply. I cannot understand why a photo is required of an empty space.

These have been so admired by my friends. I bought more as gifts.
