Aria 18" Long Skort w/Pockets

This concept, a peplum skirt over shorts, is a good idea for those of us in hotter climates. But this design is really frumpy looking. I thought I'd ordered the 10" skirt option, and my receipt says I did, but if what I received is a 10" skirt, it practically reaches my knees. The shorts are too long, right at the top of my knees, to be flattering. If you could shorten the skirt so it looks more like a peplum, and shorten the shorts by 3-5", this item could be cute. I'm 69, active, and reasonably fit. I don't like wearing active-wear that looks like I'm trying to cover flab.
