Since I discovered this spray I have not been without it. I struggle to sleep at times and find this spray really helps to relax me and have better sleep. It is not strong lavender like most other sleep sprays/pillow mists which is perfect. Really love Sassy Scents, all the products are fantastic and I am definitely addicted!
