I don't recommend, not good

The 35" crystal heart balloons don't even inflate to their rated size and pop too easily. Lots of "church windows" on the lobes and other manufacturing defects. Latex does not seem to be stretchy enough. Smaller sizes like 24" and 17" are fine, not buying the 35" again. Could be a bad batch as well.
