Shipping is horrible

We purchased 2 ring with the option to receive the measuring thing first. We received it a week after and we confirm the same day the size. Then they confirmed the delivery information and it has been more than a week and we haven’t received the rings. We did the claim to support and they ask us to wait one week more and if no they will file a claim with USPS so more waiting and not concrete information.

Fantastic customer service, comfortable ring

Ordering was simple, delivery was quick. Had sizing issues but they were more than happy to send me two exchanges to make sure I had the perfect fit. As for the ring, its so comfortable I often forget I have it on!
