V0.2 Metal toolhead carriage for V0.2 by HoneyBadger

Very worth it, miniSB now feels solidly mounted and secure. The back mount and tool board mounts were ok on my 3d printed ASA carriage but the front screw mounts were bad after a couple of times taking toolhead off and on (to the point of the long M3 screws falling out during prints). This perfectly solves that issue and also adds a level of rigidity to the toolhead I previously did not have.

Excellent carriage

Bought this after tearing my printed carriage in half trying to cold pull a small clog - figured if i got a metal replacement i wouldnt be able to do that again. Havent had any clogs since, but theres no way i can tear this thing in half. Carriage is nice and sturdy, remains pretty light weight and has had no effect on the speeds/accelerations i am running. Install was pretty easy, despite having snipped my belts pretty short (and not having an replacement belts on hand). If i ever build another v0, I'll install one of these right off the bat. Wish i had take a picture before i installed the toolhead, but nevertheless, a picture of the whole assembly is attached.

Excellent carriage

Sturdy carriage that should perform better than my original printed carriage. No complaints so far
