'Chapters & Coffee' Digital Kit

This was the second painting that I completed. The first one wasn’t as good as this one. I really enjoyed the process and creating something so personalized. I still have two more to complete.

We loved the way the box can be converted to an easel and were so excited with the picture. For amateur painters, there was a lot of mixing colours & painting technique required. We didn't finish it in one session (2 hours) We probably would have preferred a 'paint by numbers'.

These kits are the best! Anyone can do them and feel like such an artist. I spent longer on this one than the stated 2 hours, but I was being deliberately careful and slow. The instructions are easy to follow, but I also found the video helpful at times when I couldn't visualise the next step. It's also easy to give the painting your own touch or adjust what you don't like for something more personal like I did here changing the coffee for tea. The finished product really gives you a sense of accomplishment. I now have quite a few kits ready to go when the mood hits.
