Great to Oh No to Outstanding

Ordered a pair to try. I’ve been looking for a regular fit tapered leg in something other than recycled soda bottle fabric. Having multiple Johnnie O polos & happy with all, I took a chance. The fit is perfect and the fabric & craftsmanship is beyond better than anything else I’ve tried lately. So good I ordered a 2nd pair with expedited shipping. Oops. They arrived, but when I opened the package I noticed two small holes (cuts) on the left leg. Disappointed, I sent a note to customer service. Well, the response I got was astounding! Less than 2 hours after I sent the note I received a reply from Caitlin in customer service with an apology, a tracking number for a replacement pair (super expedited) and a direct email if I needed anything else. Haven’t seen that kind of service in forever. Johnnie O has earned my respect & continued business!! Thank you
