They were super helpful, guided me in ordering exactly what I needed and, best of all were there when it arrived. That mattered because it was still confusing. They followed up with perfect instructions and the product has been perfect. I still have to dial in the right strength and viscosity for me but it was pretty good on first try. As a company they won me over with that personal service that made me feel like I mattered on a human level. The company genuinely wants you to get the most out of the product. Finally, to top it off, I received a hand written thank you note from them! If I could give an extra star just for that I would.

I love how customizable these gel mixes are! I an able to prep one soft flask for each hour of my long runs and races, which makes it easy to measure/intake the appropriate amount and easy to carry in my shorts or belt.
