Too tight.

These were purchased to replace an older pair that I have worn for several years. Even though there are several changes in their construction from previous pairs. They appear to be will constructed and fit as expected. If you are taller than 5'-6" you may ned to get the big and tall ones as they otherwise may be to short for you. I'm 5'-4" and the length was just right for me.
