Very disappointed

I ordered these shorts in 3XL, based on the size of a pair of favorite Champion shorts I’ve owned for several years. Imagine my surprise when the new shorts were so small as to not even clear my hips. I was prepared to be a fully “satisfied customer”, but it was not meant to be.
