Tone is too yellow

Terrible customer service. Tried to cancel an order and they wouldn’t let me. Then sent me two things that I didn’t order when I also paid a lot more. It also came in basically a ziplock bag, pieces felt cheap. Took days for them to answer my email. Don’t know what to do with what they sent me and I’m hoping they refund me but honestly I doubt it. Really awful experience
