Never received item

I never leave bad reviews because business are important and mistakes can happen but unfortunately the company has not resolved my issues and they cannot even give me a clear response as to why I have not recieved my products. I have tried to reach multiple times and get different answers and still nothing it’s been 10 days since I was supposed to receive it. And yet nothing one cannot tell me where the package is.
