My experience was great overall. When I had extra questions they were able to help me. Unfortunately with the new year holiday, the ring wasn’t able to get here before I got married, since they had to make it. But, it did get here in fairly timely manner once it was made and my husband absolutely loves it. It was definitely what we were looking for. I definitely would order from them again. I’m looking at getting me a band for work from them as well.
