Yeah it is good, but if anything it could be deeper to allow for the brake lever (when applied) and jockey wheel handle to be covered comfortably, considering they have rubber topped handles that tend to perish if stored in full sun.

Draw bar cover
Straight out of the packaging I was impressed. It's good to see quality products built right for outside applications. Materials, straps plus the buckles are fit for purpose. I would recommend these draw bar covers to anyone who needs protection on there equipment.
