Top quality bit of kit that has exceeded my expectations. Fits according to measurements, materials look the goods and top quality straps and clips. Highly recommended. Fits my Lovells hitch perfectly.

Yeah it is good, but if anything it could be deeper to allow for the brake lever (when applied) and jockey wheel handle to be covered comfortably, considering they have rubber topped handles that tend to perish if stored in full sun.
