Wrought Brooch - Small

The brooch is beautiful but the customer service was really poor. The owners apparently forgot to ship it, leaving me without a gift on my wife's birthday. When I wrote to inquire about the missing order saying it would be late at this point, they just dropped it in regular mail anyway. Didn't expedite the order in any way. It arrived over a week late despite ordering over 2 weeks before the date needed. I can't recommend this company if you are ordering online. The quality of the goods is fantastic, but when they forget to ship entirely and then fail to fix their mistake, it's not worth the gamble. If you can shop them live at an event where you put the cash in their hand and they put the goods in your hand, great, but with few exceptions a small amount of searching can find comparable products from other merchants.
