It pains me to give a 3-star review and it is completely based on the online ordering experience. The piece itself is beautiful and done with the highest quality. I will buy again from Crafty Celts, but never online. The order took over 8 weeks to deliver, and of at least 4 emails I sent inquiring about the status, I only got one response. For a piece of this quality I expect the courtesy of a reply to reasonable questions.
