Celtic Chieftain's Torc - Extra Heavy Braid

This torc is percect. Sturdy but still flexible, looks fantastic, makes me feel like a chieftain. I goofed up and didn’t measure correctly. I called a day or two after I placed my order, left a voicemail woth my correct size and promptly got a message back that it’ll be taken care of, and taken care of it was! Awesome customer service, incredible craftsmanship. You cannot go wrong with Crafty Celts.

The customer correspondence was absolutely dreadful, taking over a month to respond to concerns at one point even after multiple emails sent, the final correspondence with them resulting in me suggesting that I contact my bank due to fears over the safety of my money not returning any custom resulted in me receiving a single email simply telling me my items had been shipped and were on the way. After an absolute farce involving the US’s national postal service sending my items to a town called London in Ohio, instead of shipping them to London, England, eventually they found their way to me and they turned out to be absolutely amazing. Definitely destined for my family heirloom collection to be inherited by my children and further descendants throughout my Celtic bloodline. As long as the creators intend on sorting out their customer support desk I definitely intend on making further purchases from them in future given the current global political climate allows me to do so…

It's beautifully made. Hefty and yet bendy. Worth the price.
