I bought this initially because refills are shipped in pouches, rather than yet another rigid plastic container. Cleans very well without harsh chemicals. I like the scent.

Love the aroma and the cleaning power of these trio products. Ive even gifted family with the trio combo (with tray), which looks very nice ditting on our counters.
