My wife was very happy with the look of this necklace, however I was disappointed with the fact that the chain that was provided did not match the length shown in website photos. It was quite misleading. also, I was not happy with the fact that I had to pay an upgrade charge to get the chain length shown in the photo. I believe an exchange should have been provided at no extra cost, so for that reason, I have to advise others looking to purchase this. Nice piece, but the web info should be clear what size chain is being provided, especially for a necklace costing more than 1K.
