Midnight Blue Hulless Popcorn

May not do great at high altitude . . .

We live at almost 9000 feet, which causes quite a few recipes to go wonky. The Baby White Popcorn pops perfectly for us, but the midnight blue does not pop well for us. Many of the kernels do not pop all the way, and the ones that do have large hard bits in the middle. I wanted to love it, as blue is my favourite colour, but perhaps altitude interferes with the popping. We are ordering Baby White and much as I hate waste, will throw away the remaining blue kernels. :*(

Welllll . i have a new favorite. The MBHP is really good. Great flavor and texture. It will be a while before I order it though. I have a 6 lbs bag of Medium White Hulless to get through first... :)

I love the different selections from Amish Country Popcorn. I prefer the hulless variety, and the midnight blue has a tiny bit of natural sweetness to it, which is a great addition when I mix it with other Amish Country Popcorn varieties.
