I had the best experience with customer service after some additional beads I ordered for an existing bracelet didn't fit. Soyer sent me a full replacement, and my husband was thrilled with his Father's Day gift!

Its okay. Not worth the price in the quality as i expected. It feels very light… almost too light, cheap feeling. I personally like my jewlery wear to feel a bit more dense and durable for my husband. He is hard on his pieces due to his occupation. And I hope it holds up. Its exactly as viewed in the picture. Thank you!

Love the bracelet!! Love the fact that they come with the smal rubber bands to hold the names in place. Easy to order and quick arrival. Will definitely order again in the future
